From the supplier: A national health insurance program that included automobile injury insurance would prevent further socialization of the automobile insurance industry and allow it to return to free market practices. The government could finance automobile injury insurance by a variation of the pay-at-the-pump plan or a tax on gasoline. Automobile insurers would be relieved from costly injury litigation and the expense of doing work that should be done by government bureaucrats.
